Direct Cremation includes first call in the Portland-Metro & S.W. Washington area, completing & filing the Death Certificate, Cremation and shipping of the cremated remains. This does not include medical examiner removal fee (if applicable), state filing fees or certified copies of the death certificate.
All cremated remains being mailed will be sent via USPS Priority Mail Express in a medium flat rate box with an adult signature required. Cremated remains being called for by the next of kin will need to provide a valid proof of identification.

Ship Out includes first call with in the Portland-Metro & S.W. Washington area and vascular embalming as well as completing & filing the Death Certificate, shipping container, booking the flight & transportation to the airport. This does not include airfare, medical examiner removal fee (if applicable), state filing fee, or certified copies of the death certificate as well as autopsy or tissue donor repair.
